В статье представлены некоторые результаты исследования особенностей научно-образовательной среды в современных университетах России и Китая. Развитие уровневого университетского образования в России в контексте международного взаимодействия в сфере образования актуализировали проблему изучения перспектив развития научно-образовательной среды университетов в зарубежных странах, в частности, в Китае. Эта страна характеризуется особенностями социокультурного развития, и с ней в настоящее время развиваются многосторонние связи Российской Федерации, в том числе в высшем образовании. Для дальнейшего конструктивного построения социального взаимодействия с университетами Китая важно изучение научно-образовательной среды университетов путем раскрытия внутренних и внешних связей научно-образовательной среды, выявления инновационных технологий ее развития. Наше исследование становления и развития научно-образовательной среды в современных университетах Китая и России относится к области сравнительной педагогики. Задача исследования состоит в анализе факторов и условий развития научно-образовательной среды современных университетов Китайской Народной Республики. В исследовании систематизируется опыт развития научно-образовательной среды университетов на примере университетов Цинхуа, Фудань, Накинского университета. Методологической основой исследования является культурологический подход, который является одним из ведущих в сравнительных педагогических исследованиях. Культурологический подход позволяет всесторонне объяснить процессы, происходящие в обществе зарубежной страны в целом и, в частности, в образовании как культурном феномене. Он проявляется и на технологическом уровне, который выражается в выборе исследователем методов и техник сравнительного исследования. К теоретическим методам в исследовании относятся традиционные методы сравнительной педагогики - сравнительный метод, герменевтический анализ нормативно-правовой базы развития высшего образования, учебных планов, программ, учебных пособий, методических материалов и др. Ожидаемые результаты исследования заключаются в выявлении факторов развития научно-образовательной среды университетского образования в Китае; инновационных технологий развития научно-образовательной среды в университетах Китая в сравнении с университетами России, а также особенностей социально-педагогических условий приобщения студентов к научно-исследовательской деятельности.

The article presents some results of studying the peculiarities of the scientific and educational environment in modern universities of Russia and China. The development of level-based university education in Russia in the context of international interaction in the sphere of education has actualised the problem of studying the prospects for the development of the scientific and educational environment of universities in foreign countries in general, and in China in particular. This country is characterized by some peculiarities of socio-cultural development and is currently developing multilateral relations with the Russian Federation, including higher education. For the further constructive social interaction with Chinese universities, it is important to study the scientific and educational environment in these universities by revealing the internal and external links of the scientific and educational environment and identifying innovative technologies for its development. This study relates to the field of comparative pedagogy. The task of the study is to analyze the factors and conditions for the development of the scientific and educational environment in modern universities of the People's Republic of China. The research systemizes experiences of developing the scientific and educational environment in universities through the example of Tsinghua University, Fudan University and Nanjing University. The methodological basis of the study is the culturological approach, which is one of the leading in comparative pedagogical studies. The culturological approach allows to comprehensively explain the processes taking place in the society of a foreign country as a whole and, in education as a cultural phenomenon in particular. This approach is evident at the technological level when the researcher chooses methods and techniques of the comparative research. Theoretical methods of the study include such traditional methods of comparative pedagogy as the comparative method, the hermeneutic analysis of the normative and legal framework for the development of higher education, the analysis of the curricula, programmes, teaching aids, methodological materials, etc. The expected results of the study will lead to the identification of both the factors for the development of the scientific and educational environment in Chinese universities and innovative technologies of scientific and educational development in Chinese universities in comparison to Russian ones, as well as the peculiarities of social and pedagogical conditions for involving students in research activities.
