The present paper presents a structural and functional model of a mental self-regulation, which discloses the essence of individual differences within a human’s autoregulative system, apace with its dominant mechanisms and principles. It is expected that the use of the above mentioned model could be highly effective in theoretical analysis of aggressive criminal behavior and in practical circumstances such as crime investigations and forensic medical examinations.
