Abstract (English):
The article raises the problem of organization of controlled independent activities of university students and their monitoring in informational and educational environment of the university. The paper speculates on the concept of monitored independent activities of students, covers the principles of its organization at the university. The author describes the components of information and educational environment of the university, information services which allow facilitation of controlled independent activities of students in the information and educational environment of the university.
