Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to the comparative analysis of the anthropogenic and political repercussions of the Fukushima Nuclear Accident in Japan and the Chernobyl tragedy in 1986, USSR. The author of the article attempts to analyze the price paid by the humanity for failing to learn a historical lesson and repeating mistakes of the past.
