Abstract (English):
Maintenance of biodiversity, their impact on the atmosphere heating and surface water quality are the main functions of peat bogs. Economic evaluation of the bogs functions loss damage is underestimated. To overcome the regulatory contradictions Peat Bogs Resources Management Group should be set up and Peat Bogs Exploitation Law has to be adopted.
