The paper deals with the auditor's conclusion genre in Russian, its specific language and pragmatic features. The auditor's text is studied by the criteria of linguistic organization, functional and stylistic differentiation, speech qualities, logical and expressive form, subject scope, coherence, integrity, literary norm and composition. A many-sided description of the audit text is carried out to determine its place among literary genres. To discover the auditor's intentions, the main language strategies have been offered.
