Abstract (English):
The article represents comparative analysis of formation and development of personality endurance and stamina (resoluteness, moderation, insistency). It defines qualitative difference of these features of character of junior schoolers according to the educational systems (traditional and developing systems of Elkonin and Davidov). The article also reveals the correlation between academic progress and development of endurance and stamina of junior schoolers in different systems of education.
