The work is devoted to analysis of oil-contaminated soils according to lysis of azotobacter colonies, amino acids deamination and microorganisms’ responces to oxygen. The research indicated that oil contamination increases lysis of azotobacter colonies, amino acids deamination, decreases growth of microorganism and their intensity in environment. The methods used during the research could be employed for analysis of oil-contaminated soils
